Hasbro Named to Seramount’s 2022 100 Best Companies and 100 Best Companies for Dads Lists
We are excited to share that Hasbro has been included in Seramount’s 2022 lists of 100 Best Companies and 100 Best Companies for Dads, marking the latest recognition for Hasbro as being one of the best companies for working parents, caretakers and families.
Seramount is a strategic professional services firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. The 2022 Seramount 100 Best Companies and 100 Best Companies for Dads applications include more than 400 questions related to leave policies, benefits, childcare, flexibility and more.

As part of this honor, Hasbro was given the opportunity to nominate two “Working Parents of the Year.” Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team selected Michael Lombardo, President of Global Television for eOne, and Meris Mullaley, Design Manager for Wizards of the Coast, as Hasbro’s 2022 Working Parents of the Year.
Michael joined Hasbro’s eOne team in 2020 and has been balancing a successful career in the Entertainment industry with the role of being a dad for nearly two decades. He lives in Los Angeles with his husband Sonny, daughter Josie and son John. Meris is a worldbuilder for Wizards of the Coast and has been navigating becoming a new manager and a new mom simultaneously – two jobs that she says take patience, guidance and compassion. Meris lives in Seattle with her husband Greg and 22-month-old son Ash.
We celebrate and thank Michael, Meris and all our working parents at Hasbro for their efforts in driving our business forward. Michael and Meris will be honored at Seramount’s WorkBeyond Summit on October 25th in New York City.
