We’re excited to share Hasbro’s latest Impact Report, which highlights how we’re bringing our purpose to life across our four key areas of Impact: Planet, Play, People and Principles.

This year’s report reflects not only what we’ve achieved, but how we’re continuing to learn, grow and raise the bar.

This year, we wanted to showcase the incredible work happening across our teams every day and the impact we’re making together. A huge thank you to our teams around the world whose passion and dedication continue to advance our environmental, social and governance efforts.

Here are just a few highlights from this year:

• Published our first Climate & Nature Transition Plan, our roadmap for reducing impact, building resilience, and driving accountability.
• Expanded our recycling initiatives, including a trading card wrapper recycling at MagicCon events, netting 140,000+ trading card wrappers recycled this year.
• Advanced learning through play through the launch of our Educator Resource Hub, providing curriculum inspired by our iconic brands.
• Mobilized employees worldwide through 150+ volunteer projects, supporting communities across the globe during Global Day of Joy 2025.
• Launched several Learning & Development initiatives, including a General Management training program for rising leaders and a new Mentorship Program.
• Strengthened Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain resilience through worker well-being initiatives and additional training.
• Launched a refreshed Code of Conduct training experience to reinforce our culture of integrity.
